We ship worldwide. Our international shipping fees are as follow:
First class mail International (ground) $12.99 for the first item + $1.00 for each item thereafter - Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery
Priority Mail International - $34.99 for the first item + $1.00 for each item thereafter - Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery
Express Mail International - $54.99 for the first item + $1.00 for each item thereafter - Please allow 5 days for delivery
❤ Most items will ship within 1 business days after the payment was cleared. For orders with 3 items and more it would take 2 to 3 business days. We ship all orders through USPS First Class Mail (1 to 4 days delivery in USA 2 to 6 weeks outside the US) with a delivery confirmation. We personally deliver all packages directly inside the post office. Please note, ONCE A PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS WE WILL NOT BE RELIABLE FOR A LOSS OR THEFT. We DO NOT INSURE THE PACKAGES - INSURANCE CAN BE ADDED TO YOUR SHIPPING COST FOR AN EXTRA FEE.
To all customers outside the USA: as you know, packages get lost and stolen on the way to your countries. WE WOULD NOT BE RELIABLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. We hand the package to the post office clerk, pay for the shipping cost and the package get scanned by the post office. Once the USPS website has the following message: "accepted on (the date the package scanned) in Los Angeles (the time the package was accepted) from here on WE WOULD NOT BE RELIABLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE. INSURANCE CAN BE ADDED TO YOUR SHIPPING COST FOR AN EXTRA FEE. Please convo me if you would like to add insurance to your shipping.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES
The time that packages are held in customs are out of our control. Be sure to order early or choose Express Mail shipping if you need your order quickly. Please also be aware of your country's customs tax charges, if any. These are fees assessed directly by your country and the actual cost is determined at their discretion. All International customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered in your shipping costs. We are unable to help you avoid these fees or reimburse you for any of these charges. Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and International Destinations?
Yes. In Style Boutique service the world. Shipping to international destinations is via USPS First Class Mail. Time in transit depends on country location but generally averages 2 to 6 weeks. Please note we reserve the right to refuse shipment at our discretion. ❤

How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our secure shopping cart, using a major credit card, or you can call us and place an order over the phone. We can be reached at 310-770-8935
How long does it take to receive an order?
All of our jewelry is handmade by highly trained artisans in Los Angeles, CA. The vast majority of our items ship within 24 to 48 hours however in some instances shipping may take as long as 3 - 5 business days. If this is the case, we will email you so you know when to expect your order
Returns and Exchanges
Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, in the original, unused condition. You MUST first email us to obtain a return authorization number. Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with your return. We will process your return promptly, although it may take one to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Your refund will be processed to the same credit card used to make your purchase.
Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable. In addition, no refunds or exchanges are available on special, reserve or custom orders (change of pearl color, adding extension, personalized jewelry and engrave jewelry). We accept returns of 16, 17 and 18 inches with white or ivory pearls only. If ordered longer length or different pearl color than white or ivory, we will not be able to return or exchange your necklace. Also, NO RETURN on jewelry pieces purchased in multiply quantities - we can not accept returns or exchanges as we spend enormous amount of time to create the jewelry just the way you wanted them to be. If you are planning to purchase multiply necklaces, earrings, or jewelry set for your bridesmaid - we would suggest to order one piece first to see if you like the jewelry.
What if I want to exchange my item?
Exchanges are handled just like returns. Please notify us upon receipt if you would like to exchange your item. We'll issue you an authorization number as well as place an order for the new item. Any difference in the purchase amount will be charged/ credited accordingly. Once the exchanged item is received, we'll ship the new item. Please note, shipping fees are not refundable on exchange items.
Please be sure to send your jewelry in a BOX for safe keeping during transit. Please also INSURE your package, as we cannot accept responsibility until your items are returned to our studio.
What if my item needs to be repaired?
We hope you'll never need a repair. However, in the unlikely event you do, we are happy to repair your item free of charge for up to 90 days after purchase. Please note, as our merchandise changes often, some gemstones may not be available for repair, in which case we will make every attempt to find something similar. We will notify you if this is the case! ❤
